Erin Chavez joined Atwood, Malone, Turner & Sabin, P.A. in May of 2025. She began her legal career providing appellate legal research and writing support on various issues, including New Mexico’s Medical Malpractice Act and the Unfair Trade Practices Act. Since then, Ms. Chavez has transitioned to representing clients in state and federal court defending against claims for violations of civil rights, as well as defending against claims for wrongful death, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
