When litigation is unavoidable, we bring our clients the experience and resources to effectively and efficiently resolve disputes. We defend employers against claims of defamation, whistleblower retaliation and discrimination. We also defend employers against other employment-related lawsuits including breach of contract, breach of implied contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, wrongful discharge, and constructive discharge.
We have defended cases in New Mexico’s federal and state courts and have appeared in front of the New Mexico Human Rights Division, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), and the State Personnel Board.
