Jacqueline Miller

Jacqueline Miller joined Atwood and Malone in January 2022.   Ms. Miller was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 2011 after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law with honors. After graduating from UT Law, she began her legal career at Hinkle Shanor LLP where she focused on civil litigation.  Ms. Miller took a hiatus from traditional legal work to focus on legal policy work. During that time, she worked as an analyst for the New Mexico State Senate, as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell teaching government courses, and most recently for former Congresswoman Xochitl Torres Small. Ms. Miller currently works on a broad range of civil litigation matters.
