Jenny Stapleton joined Atwood, Malone, Turner & Sabin, P.A. in January of 2026. She began her legal career at a firm in New York, where she focused her practice on defending products liability, securities, and complex commercial litigation. She developed extensive experience with personal injury, fraud, and economic injury claims. She successfully argued a matter of first impression nationwide before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of a Security Investor Protection Act Trustee. She also maintained an active pro bono practice where she successfully represented clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Immigration Courts. She left firm practice to work in public service overseas and domestically for about a decade, focusing her work on the national security aspect of forcibly displaced people and advising law enforcement personnel on the lawful performance of their job duties.
